What's new

Following 2016 potential draftees

It was not just the block that showed his athleticism, but yes it will be tough to match Hezonja. Korkmaz guy from Turkey is pretty good as well. Slavica apparently in play for college as well.

yup. I bet we don't see Hezonja quality wing til maybe the '99 generation. Luka Doncic looks like the best euro wing prospect, he's already debuted for Real Madrid.. Also Jaylen Hoard looks like he might have a chance at being a lottery pick. Dzanan Musa looks pretty good too. The Canadian Prospect Simi ****tu should be somewhere around this time too, He looks lottery bound too.

Vasilis Charambopoulous could be an interesting name possibly 1st round material, in this or the next few drafts, same with Georgios Papagiannis who announced today he's playing pro instead of college.

I don't like that people report Korkmaz frame looks the same as it did 2 years ago.. That seems like Rudy Fernandez

Maybe Whitehead can make a run at the 1st round this year, he's got the talent.

yep. was near $1.6.

Hah I went back to find this, and its one year old today. first mention of him in this thread.

(was asking about Montaque Gill-Caesar)

Well after Trey Lyles is he the 'next big thing' out of Canada? (Better than 2016's Jamal Murray or Justin Jackson?)

These days everywhere you see Murray's name they mention "he makes shots from everywhere"

With no Papagiannis and Chris Obekpa, the load at St. Johns will certainly be placed on Yankuba Sima who's 6'11 with a 7'4" wingspan and shows some mobility, athleticism and shooting touch. Here's highlights that just dropped from the U19 tournament where he averaged 9.7 points, 7.3 rebounds and 2 blocks per 25 minutes.
