Following 2016 potential draftees

By the way age doesn't matter.
Efficiency, stats, wins, etc are what they are.

A 23 year Lee old averaging 25 points on great percentages, 7 assists, and 8 rebounds would be better than a 19 year old averaging 10 points, 2 assists, and 3 rebounds imo.

Just being younger doesn't make a guy better.

Age matters.

Yeah but if you strength is spot-up shooting then you will benefit from better teammates more than you would playing against smaller/less athletic competition where you are forced to create nearly 100% of your team's offense.
I disagree.
I watched all jimmers games. I think if he played for duke he wouldn't have put up as good of numbers despite having better teammates.

I think sometimes you need more shots to get into a rhythm

His "regression" is nearly the same as Dunn's. The difference is Dunn also creates a ton for his teammates like Hield, which is why I think he is the better player.

So Shelvin Mack is better than Derrick Favors since he creates more?

Age matters.
I will take an older and better player over a younger crappier one more often than not.

Sometimes experience and maturity is a good thing imo

That's not what I was discussing with you.
How he projects is a dumb argument because it's 100% opinion.

I say you curry, you say jimmer or whoever. It's just speculation, protection, and opinion.

I thought we were discussing whether other college dudes had done what he did.

This entire thread is about how players project. He's having a great, historic year. I don't care. I care how it projects (which isn't that hard to have an opinion on).

I never mentioned Jimmer. You made the Curry comparison, I told you why that was stupid. Pretty simple.

Others had been talking about players with similar (but worse) numbers and what they became in the nba.

Maybe you and I were arguing two different things.
It's all good

I just kept hearing people say that his competition wasn't good enough. Or it was too good. Or his teammates weren't good enough. Or they were too good.
This guy had good numbers and sucked in the nba. This guy had good numbers and was good in the nba.

Whatever. I think that he will be very good in the nba. That's all

As if you know every player he has went against and how good each of those players are lol.

Besides he can only go against the guys on his schedule.

I know this has been difficult to comprehend even after I've told you, but I'm just talking about how he projects. And yes, the quality of play impacts whether we know he can do this at the next level. Mock me all you want, but he hasn't been playing against NBA caliber athletes. Don't trust me? Look at Draftexpress, they've talked about it a bunch. It's not just me mane.

But its stupid because plenty of guys didn't play against nba caliber athletes and were great nba players.

It's all just guessing.
Now I know this is hard for you to comprehend but I think he will be a very good nba player. You disagree. See how that works? Can you comprehend that different people can have different opinions?

Fish, this is an example of why arguing with you can get annoying. You use examples that nobody has brought up. Not even close.

A better example would be using a 23 year old who put up the stats you're talking about, and a 20 year old who put up 18/5/5. Now obviously there are many more things that go into this than just stats, but one could assume that in 3 years the 20 year old could put up numbers like the 23 year old, or better. That make sense? Nobody is talking like the example you used, that's a huge extreme.

Lol. Dude, I know your opinion is different. Doesn't bother me. I'm just explaining why I'm using a certain criteria and why it matters. I want to see if he can get his shot off against guys like he'll play in the NBA. Look at Staukas, it's the same thing. Anyways, you're not really getting what I'm saying, so I'm not gonna continue.
