The most puzzling thing with this whole draft is, how the **** the Lakers pick could ever be handed around.
This draft could be wild, I think even more so if the Lakers lose the pick. Another big factor is Boston, who heading into the third year of Stevens are done rebuilding, they have picks 3, 16, 23, 31, 35, 45, 53, 58
Phoenix, Denver and Philly all have three first round picks. Philly could have a fourth pick if the Lakers pick drops below top 3.
There are 8 teams (lakers could be the ninth) without a first round pick and 6 teams with no picks at all. (No Picks: Wizards, Blazers, Thunder, Cavs, Heat, Knicks)
No First: Dallas, Brooklyn.
Some of these teams are in the middle of rebuilds and have no assets.
The Jazz have 12, 42, 52, and 60. The #12 has value, 42 has a little value, 52 and 60 might be worthless except that the Jazz need to fill a Salt Lake Stars roster.
Fun times ahead. Personally, I hope the Jazz keep the 12th pick and sign a couple of FA.
