Murray is a better prospect than Harris and Barton. Barton can play either 2 or 3. Their best player is a 3 (Gallinari)... they have Wilson Chandler a combo 3/4 guy coming back from injury.

I don't see the need for a 3 being greater than a need for a 2. Mudiay is no sure thing at point either and Murray is likely to get some minutes playing pg as well.

Again, I don't like Brown nearly as much as Murray. I get why people are intrigued with Brown, but I'm worried his shot doesn't come around and he doesn't get enough of the defensive stats (although I haven't looked at deflections) to be convinced he'll be a world beater there. He turns the ball over a bunch and scored points at a decent rate, but did so inefficiently. I see him as similar to Luwawu.

I really like Hield when I though he was going 12-15... but in the top 7? while passing up a guy like Murray? The hype may have gone too far.
 
I'm surprised Ellenson is sliding. I think he could be a player similar to Jokic... I realize there are some things he will probably always suck at, but guys like him also create issues for the other team. I think he will also provide some rim protection and rebounding so he won't be a complete negative on the defensive end.

Ellenson is not sliding I do not think. This is just one persons mock draft. Ford still has him much higher. Would Toronto pass if he is still on the board?

True... I do think of him as a center not a PF. If Poetl was there I think that is great value for Toronto. If I was New Orleans I'd think long and hard about him. Fits a need and should be able to contribute now. They need rotation players and guys with upside.
