Following 2016 potential draftees

Say what you want but I watched the whole game and Sabonis out played him and it wasn't close. Actually Sabonis owned him all game.

U need to watch the game again. There was a huge quick snowball affect due to unreal shooting by not just Sabonis but the entire team and Poeltl rarely touched the ball.

I disagree. Poeltl is much more explosive with a face up game to go along with an elite post game and great in pick'n roll and much better finisher at the rim. Similarities are that both are great passers with high IQ. Bogut was more cerebral, and played more as a facilitator from the top of the key and more of a bruiser inside, and better rim Protector his timing on shot blocking was unreal

I agree about his post game possibly being better than Bogut's(part of it because of what Cy pointed out - his agility) but I definitely don't agree that Poeltl is more explosive than Bogut was. People forget just what kind of an athletic monster Bogut was in his prime before injuries hit.

Showing me a highlight video that constitutes less then 1% of everything he did in a year means nothing to me. It's not enough to convince me he is as explosive.

That's all that I have of his earlier days. If this doesn't convince you that he used to be explosive, nothing will... Poeltl doesn't have one highlight play on the same level of explosiveness as half the things in this video.

edit: Actually here's one more of his rookie or sophomore year(not as impressive as the other one):

So, I tell u that some highlight video isn't enough to convince me, so logically u show me a second video. Brilliant ace.

Damn, I love watching vids of young Bogut:

Such a fun player. I wonder if the Warriors need capspace whether he'd be up for playing for the Jazz for a year or two at the end of his career.

No, I told you if the first one is not enough to convince you nothing will. I'm just posting fun Bogut videos of his old Milwaukee days. Don't feel like they are aimed at convincing you, we'll just agree to disagree on this one.

It really, really doesn't. People have botched his name all season. There is no "R" sound in Pöltl (his actual name).

It's kinda like.......Peuhltell. The "ö" sound doesn't have any analogous letter or sound in the English alphabet.

He's a fellow German? **** it. Poeltl or bust. (raises his extended arm and hand)

Lol.

I'm not exactly a utah fan but Poeltl is a far superior prospect than Trey Lyles. Yet most here seem pretty optimistic about him.

Poeltl is bigger, more athletic, more polished, and has better defensive movement. To me, Poeltl would be a great stretch 5. Much like Memo Okur became.

Stretch 5? Have you seen him play? Did you watch the highlights?
