Following potential 2012 draftees

Moultrie.... You must be the scout from Mississippi St.

Leads the SEC in double-doubles (despite sitting out 3 games against the weakest opponents we faced to rest). 6'11 athletic 4 man who rebounds and can score. Shoots 90% from foul line and gets there 6 times per game.

I admit my Hood pimping is done mostly to annoy PKM (even though I do think he is a baller). I legitimately think Moultrie is a top 5 PF in the nation.

He is basically a 6'11 Millsap, but is more ahead of the curve in terms of his outside shot.

Currently ranked 5th in the nation for rebounds per game, will move up to 4th after the game tonight.

Will make Perry Jones cry.

Could have a Derrick Williams-esque draft stock catapult this season (start of season Williams wasn't a projected first, then was a 20th-ish projecton, then mid teens, then lottery, then top 3). Moultrie won't get that high becasue the draft is stacked, but may end up being a late lottery pick.

1. He needed a rest? WTF does that mean? You've played, what, 11 games and he needed to sit out 3 of those? There's obviously more to that story.
2. The annoying me isn't working, because I agree that both Hood and Moultrie are very, very solid. (I do love that you make the attempt though)

Also, I do appreciate your updates on these guys .. they're both worth watching/following.

Meyers Leonard would eat Moultrie up

I greatly prefer to ignore you, but it's worth mentioning that Meyers is 7'1, Illinois has played a horridly weak schedule (Gonzaga only ranked team), yet he has managed only 7.6 boards per game. I'm not saying he isn't good (I have no opinion), but 13.3pts and 7.6 rbs for a 7'1 guy playing cupcakes leaves something to be desired.

Prediction: Moultrie makes Leonard cry.

He has some knee issues. I don't know how serious they are. I don't see them affecting his game at all. I think they were just a precautionary thing used when we play against bad teams.

Any one have any more info on Quincy miller trying to decide if I like him.

Great size for a SF. Immensely talented. Score from anywhere. Decent passer. Very good handles.

Lacks consistency. Has been, in the past, labeled selfish, a ball-hog, not a team player.

Talent = 10
Intangibles = leaves something to be desired

Here is another name to follow this season as maybe a second round diamond in the rough

Nate wolters

Wow, pretty impressive stats against the teams they played that are halfway decent (though none ranked). Definitely looks like a potential under the radar guy.

When it comes to the second round I like to take guys that are under the radar. Interesting thing is his stats are very similar to stocktons when he came out. Back then gonzaga was a no name.
