If we are to draft a pure SG I would take Beal. He is having a pretty good year despite having to play with 2 ball dominant combo guards. He is listed as 6'3 on ESPN, but he looks at least 6'4 (and a long 6'4 at that).

He is 6'4, for sure, but pure PG .. no.
I LOVE beal .. but he's a combo .. difference between him and, say, Wroten, is he's heady. Smart kid.

CT called him a pure SG, not PG. Just so you know haha.
Wroten or Beal? I'm assuming nothing ..
Funny thing is both suck at shooting this year.

I fail to see where I mention either PG or Wroten in this quote.
I must admit I'm a little disappointed in Beal's shooting touch this year. Strong kid, a good athlete, and an elite pure SG should be able to muster better than 42% from the field and 34% from three. I suspect we'll see good improvement, but if not, I'd be cautious.
I've said it before and I'll say it again, I'd take Rivers ahead of either Beal or Lamb. I hate Duke and I dislike Rivers, but I think he'll be the better pro .. he has 'it.'
Also, never thought I'd say this, but I believe he could be transformed into a PG ..
