Green has a more complete game and IMO is a better athlete. Though neither one fits very well into the Jazz version of a 3.

Neither of them can be 3's at all. Green is a stretch 4, Crowder is more defensive minded with decent shooting ability.

From what I can tell, Green is the better all around offensive player (range, passing, better rebounder), but Crowder seems more athletic/stronger/better around the rim and better defender.
