Rumors are that Cleveland in now focusing in on Embiid. The more I look at this there really is potential for Smart or even Vonleh to push one of the coveted 4 to us. Its a longshot, but there are some stupid GMs picking ahead of us.

It could happen. But we need to be optimistic about where we stand even if one of them doesn't fall. We get our first choice of Smart, Gordon, Vonleh, and Randle. Have we ever had a pick where our options were this good?

I'll be honest. It's a huge mystery to me who we are going to pick. I would love Wiggins or Parker, but 3-8 is a crapshoot. It's so hard to predict who we will pick or should pick.
Then there is that possibility that someone shakes it up in the top3.
This is going to be a long month. I wish the draft was tomorrow.

Negative is though that if this year's first rounder and the core 5 don't develop into 2 potential all stars, you need to ship the whole roster away against younger assets in 3 years.
And then you face the big question: Do the Millers' do the necessary step to avoid building Denver 2.0

Yup. That's why I haven't necessarily pledged to any camp (but I lean towards Gordon and Smart). I really don't know, though.

Chris paul is probably better than any of them will be..... but still these are pretty good options.

There's the rumors that Parker is out of shape and that's why he didn't show up for the combine. If that is true he won't be in shape in time for his individual workouts. I can see him slipping to 5.

Being realistic, our real hope right now should be for Exum to fall to us at #5.
We need either Smart, Vonleh or Randle to jump him on one teams big board.
This could be similar to the 2005 draft where the Jazz liked Deron more than Paul, thus Paul falling right into the Hornets hands. We need to hope that Orlando likes Smart more than Exum at #4 leaving Exum to fall into our hands.
Or something like mentioned above where Randle goes to the 76ers over Embiid and Exum then Magic take Embiid/Exum and we get whoever falls out of the two.
