As far as tell us nothing.

Embiids video showed he is probably healthy and that he us more athletic/quicker than i thought.

Jabaris video showed that he is in shape, which eleviated alot of the weight issue questions

Gordons video gave me a bit more faith in his jumper and i believe it showed us that he added muscle

I was impressed with Gordon's handles.
