Following potential 2014 draftees

Wiggins - 17pts, 6rbs, 3asts
Parker - 15pts, 7.8rbs, 2.9asts
Randle - 15pts, 8rbs, 2asts
AnHarrison - 11pts, 4rbs, 6asts
AaHarrison - 13pts, 4rbs, 3asts
James Young - 12pts, 4.5rbs, 2.4asts
Noah Vonleh - 12pts, 5rbs, 1.3blks
Aaron Gordon - 14pts, 8rbs, 2asts, 1.8blks
Marcus Smart - 15pts, 5.5rbs, 7asts
WCS - 11pts, 9rbs, 3asts, 2blks

These are not in order and some have been left out because I just don't have a good feel (Exum, Mario, GRobinson, etc)

So you think those 5 Kentucky players are going to combine for ~30 rebounds per game?

That's a pretty high number. We'll see.

That's a good one. (pre-season, ESPN 4 vs. 11) -- Duke #4.

As are UK and Mich St (#1 vs. #2)
UK and UL (#1 vs. #3)
UK vs. Florida - twice (#1 vs. #6)
UK vs. North Carolina (#1 vs. #10)
UK vs Baylor (#1 vs. #16) @TX superdome

Most of the UK games are in the first 10 games of the season.. so they'll get some losses in there for sure.

Btw, that UK vs. UL game could potentially be not only the #1 vs. #2 team, and not only a very bitter rivalry, but also the past two national champions..
(funny that UK's top 10 on the depth chart never played against UL just two years ago during UK's championship run... all new guys)

Wait, so Wiggins is suppose to be the next great pro prospect but he can only average 17 ppg? He is dropping 20 at least, right?

Not many college guys on good teams average that. Kansas will have Selden and others that will require the ball get spread around. I'd be surprised if he averages 20.. even though I'm certain he could average much more if that were the goal.

I doubt he will. Like PKM said, rarely do you see good teams with guys who average over 20 ppg. There are too many other good players there, and Wiggin's games still needs to be developed. I wouldn't be surprised with anywhere from 14-17 ppg from him.

Durant averaged 25.

Carmello averaged 22.

This dude is suppose to be a superstar, rare is what you do.

It's not like Kansas has any returning Juniors who were prominent on the team. If Wiggins is as good as advertised he should be able to drop 20 per game, at least.
