Following potential 2014 draftees

If we can get both Andrew and Aaron, I would prefer the Jazz to have traded at least Burke away at that point to make room for Andrew to have full reign at the PG position.

Burks I'm still undecided about ATM.

I'd keep Trey over Burks, if I had to make the choice right now. But we'll see what they do this season.

I knew Exum was good, I was just kind of surprised that Haberstroh was saying he might go No. 1. Anyway, I don't really like combo guards. If the dude is 6'6" he ought to be a shooting guard...

Even if Burke was decent this season, if we had to pick BPA and he happened to be Andrew, I still think Burke would need to go (or accept a back up role, which he won't).

And he is a SG.
And he is not better than Wiggins (lol), Parker, or Randle... though he could very possibly be next best.

@PKM

I'm sure you've already said this one hundred times, but I wasn't around to hear it.

What do you make of Andrew Harrison's ability to play SG? He has the size, right?

If he's BPA, then would you look to trade Burke (let's just say that he has a solid rookie year), or do you get excited about the depth and potential matchups that comes with having both players?

Thanks. Rep coming.

Btw, I was the first to mention him on the board too..
Prior to the Nike Hoops Summit a scout friend of mine texted and said watch for Dante Exum.. he's about to go from unknown to household name.

I don't know.. but Andrew is way too good to be moved to SG. He is a very strong, good shooting, leader that understands the game very well and plays with unbelievable maturity and poise.
If he was bpa I'd take him and gauge whether he and Burke can both be kept or if one needed to be traded... but I wouldn't move either out of the PG role.

yep. I always wondered why LA put up with magic for so long. The guy was obviously a shooting guard.

Kool.

I mean, if Burke pans out, and if Andrew Harrison is drafted, then I would agree that these two players should play 100% of the PG minutes. I think the more interesting questions are about whether they could share the floor and how. Having Burke, Andrew, and Hayward on the floor at the same time could produce some beautiful passing. Maybe we could finally fully tap Derrick and Enes' potentials.
