No.. next year it will be back to bpa. That doesn't mean the draft is predictable, because we don't know team's bpa's........ but it will be their perceived best player.
Yes.. 10 will be a dynamite player. Top 5, though, will be a franchise player.

I know people keep saying BPA, but it's not that easy to trade that guy once you've got him. As an example Burks couldn't get time as Hayward is also playing at SG, you ended up on the bench, trade value goes down, etc, etc, etc.
I think if you've got a spot open, and he's BPA - then grab him. But if you think a guy can fill your spot, get heaps of playing time (Lillard, Thompson, Kawhii), then why not grab him, give him quality playing time & build him up that way?
