Following potential 2014 draftees

Terrence Jones was arrested at approximately 2:00 AM on Wednesday morning after police claim he yelled at a homeless man and stomped on his leg in Portland, Oregon.

The victim, 46-year-old Daniel John Kellerher, received a minor leg injury and did not require immediate medical attention, Simpson said.

Jones is a current member of the Houston Rockets and is a native of Portland.

@PKM

(Is this working yet Jason?)

Also, you would think being from Portland that Jones would be used to hobos.

As a UK and Houston hater, I am loving this.

Really? I have a 21 year old, a 14 year old, a 10 year old, a 6 year old, a 2 year old, and a 4 month old. I'm glad I'm not some overly conservative dad completely disconnected from his kid's lives and unable to identify.

So your from Kentucky right pkm? So is your 2 year old with the 21 year old and the 4 month old with the 14 year old.I know how they do it in kentucky

I was in Vegas all day and didn't even hear of this until Gyp texted me. I made a few calls kind of expecting to hear an alternative view.. and I didn't have any such luck. Made my stomach turn. First incident of a UK player in years (none since Cal).

Anyway, I never hate players because of the team they play for.. I can hate a team and really like a player and vice versa. TJones gets ZERO slack from me because he played for UK... if anything, I am MUCH more pissed.

Thanks to both Cy and Core4 for not backing NCJ and showing you have some class. I expected to come here and catch some flack .. and would find it completely acceptable and within the limits.
His was unimaginative, irresponsible, and showed a complete lack of class at any level. I'll take the high-road, though, as to not clutter things up and out of respect for Jason.

Back on topic. Turns out the academic 'problem' with James Young wasn't an academic problem, per se. The NCAA was looking into his transcripts (like they do everyone) and because his school released later than others the NCAA simply had not yet cleared him..

Take a couple rumor-starting knuckleheads and there was a lot of something about nothing. Heard he'll be cleared within the next two weeks.

Good for Kentucky ;) I thought his athleticism and size could have wonderfully translated to playing in Europe!
