randle would become the best big on our team and that is saying a lot with favors and kanter on the team. he is a good compliment to either favors or kanter slightly better with kanter.

andrew Harrison is a beast but I am still waiting to see what Burke does. he again would probably force Hayward to the 3 or Burke to the bench. best pg talent since d-will's class.

smart is over powering but noy convinced he can do it regularly. he would play alongside Burke but isn't a good enough shooter. see above moving Hayward to the 3.

Gordon is the biggest wildcard. if he can hit the outsie shot and play the 3 he is a good fit. not polished like Parker but plays above the rim. I like him but has a lot of question marks.

exum is a great combo guard. again forcing Hayward to the 3. he has everything and is second only to Parker on fundamentals. he can play along side Burke but needs the ball in his hands.

James young is the second best fit in my opinion. he plays defense he can shoot it and he is looking like he can drive. he fits alongside Hayward by playing the hardest defensive assignment. Hayward and young would be interchangeable.

I wouldn't touch Smart or Aaron Gordon.
 
GRIII getting some national love. I think he is moving firmly into the top 15 maybe top 10.

• Michigan's Glenn Robinson III was the most impressive player of anyone I saw on the trip. GR3 will see more time at his natural position, small forward, this season. The 6-7 Robinson has added weight and become more athletic.

The questions regarding the son of the "Big Dog" were about his perimeter shot and ability to put the ball on the floor. Robinson buried deep jumper after deep jumper and appears far more comfortable at the 3-spot in John Beilein's offense. It's still yet to be determined whether this aspect of his skill set will translate in games, but it's a good sign with Robinson more assertive on the offensive end. If he can gain a consistent jumper to go with his athleticism, he'll almost certainly be a lottery pick.
 
I am just way too critical of GR3 for my own good. I developed an opinion too early and dug my heels in. I am still of the opinion that he's just not that good... but at least I'm owning the fact that it's just me.

I've been buying his stock for some time now. Can't wait to see him develop his game even further this year.

It's alright bro, we all make mistakes..
 
• Indiana freshman Vonleh is a tough one to figure. The 6-10, 240-pound Massachusetts native will be pressed into service because Tom Crean lost a ton of last season's team. Vonleh has shown glimpses of being a star, but he hardly dominated in the prep ranks while at New Hampton, especially on offense. That'll be something to watch -- how Crean uses Vonleh on offense. Vonleh is probably ultimately a power forward at the next level, but he's still a work in progress, and knows it. Vonleh is extremely coachable, high-character and will continue to improve -- but he'd be best served to spend two seasons in college.
