I am just way too critical of GR3 for my own good. I developed an opinion too early and dug my heels in. I am still of the opinion that he's just not that good... but at least I'm owning the fact that it's just me.

Theyre's a really weird thing going on with Wiggins with the media now and both are extreme views..On one hand i think the si cover and people saying hes a Kobe/Lebron level prospect is way overhyping him hes not gonna be as good as them..

But now you have another part of the media mostly high school guys saying how hes not that good,going overbaord on practices and scrimmages saying theyres 3 or 4 players on Kansas better then him etc they have an agenda against the kid now for whatever reason when a few months ago they were saying how great he is..

It's just weird to see both overhype and underhype on the same player there seems to be no middle ground with him..

I've stated earlier in this thread that it's Bill Self selling the underhype and having Jeff Goodman (his good buddy) to get the ball rolling. I sense that Self is trying to get some pressure off of both Wiggins and himself.
