Pair Randle with Kanter (trading Favors) - and you don't have enough defensive presence/shot blocking ability. Pair Randle with Favors (trading Kanter) - well, you lose Kanter who could potentially be an All Star IMO.

Unless you can trade either Favors/Kanter and get an All Stars Wing in return... but that's pretty unlikely.
