Following potential 2014 draftees

here is a question

if the jazz draft randle, Parker or wiggns who or what position do you target with the gsw pick?

BPA..

okay I'll play, but a lot of assumptions must be made. Let's assume we are keeping both Kanter and Favors.

I would load up on tall athletic guys that can shoot. LaQuinton Ross, i.e.
Since anyone outside the lottery is a crap shoot, I would want to roll the dice on the best compliment to our bigs (and there are no PG's better than Burke to be had after the lottery). For me, that is shooters that aren't defensive liabilities.

Now I've never seen Dante Exum play, not even a highlight or anything, but everything about his size and description of his game makes him seem like a slightly more advanced Alec Burks. For the people that have seen him play, is that a fair assessment?

wiggins I would look for a shooter like McDermott or Ross. a stretch 4 would be ideal

Parker with his ability to pla 3/4 I would look for a 2/3 or a combo guard. Harrison would work

randle I would look for floor spacers. McDermott would be a good fit

When it's all said and done, Joel Embiid may turn out to be as good a prospect as the top 3. He's got a prototypical body and a lot of talent. DPOY potential and some moxey on offense.

I think the top tier goes 5 deep--Wiggins, Randle, Exum, Parker, Embiid--unless you think Wiggins is on his own level.

Second tier would have Aaron Harrison, Aaron Gordon and Marcus Smart.

I agree. That is why if the Jazz finish with the worse record they will be guaranteed to get one of the top 5 since they will be picking no lower than 4th.

For all the Parker lovers, he may just fall into the Jazz lap. Right now I am torn between who I want. I will be happy with any of the four, I just don't know which one. It is like trying to decide which Victoria Secret model is the hottest.

Marisa Miller - it's not even close!

My early impressions are that Jabari is a 3, straight up. I don't see him defending the post in the NBA.

This makes sense. Duke lacks size up front and is playing him a bit out of position. His skill set is best out on the floor.
