So his "full highlights" contain EVERY score afaik. In the two highlights I've seen and 1 complete game I'Ve seen(Kansas) he didn't have a single successful post move. That's a fact. I even descended to your level by wasting 3 min of my life against the East Trasholina Buttpirates, who don't have a single legit player on their team.
I pointed out a failed attempt to post up against a much smaller player. I've lauded him all the time for his perimeter game, I've said he's going to be the best defender out of the 3. In the last post I said teamdefender, as Wiggins may very well be better in the long run, but earlier to this I stated defender generally, so please select which one you wanna use against me 5 years down to road. Feel free.
I've said he does all the little things and has impeccable timing on his moves and good variation of speed to overcome the impact of his limited speed.
Then all the dunks that have multiple perspectives:
He hasn't one with more than his wrist above the rim. For a 6'8, 7'0 wingspan that's emberassing. While that obviously is enough to dunk, let's see if he's good enough to create contact on purpose on dunk attempts because that's not going to get you dunks over Dwight and LeBron...
The 25" are obv exaggerated, but in perspective to the rest of his physical attributes given by mother nature that's just weak and was simply to illustrate since there's no official ones. I always bet he'll skip the max vert session next spring in Chicago.
Thing is I pointed out a weak move when he had his defender on his back is legit. And in that case his otherwise strong shot selection was not that good. He made that thing, but he'll convert is less often than layups/dunks obv...
Btw I never wrote about 5'10 PGs. I wrote about NC Trashsville 5'10 PF as another exaggeration how trashy his competition is. But feel free to hate on guys Hezonja, Saric, Micic and Nurkic who actually play against competition this time of the year. Because a NCAA 2 quality non conference schedule to cater up to their over inflated highschool/AAU egos is not making them better basketball players...
Thing is I pointed out all the positives, just added the negative: NO POST PLAY. And it's legit in games up to now.

My plenty exceptions to the rule out of whom few are as talanted as Exum are just what they are. You have to give him a legitimate look and if the top3 college guys don't stumble along their journey Exum will have to showcase his skills again at some point if he desires a top3 selection. Otherwise he'll have to be okay getting selected 4th or 5th.
Again use your brain and sense the exaggeration. Everyone knows he hasn't taken an official athletic test.
Thing is Gordon plays defense, plays hard, loves the game, gradually expands his game. He'll be a better NBA player than Griffin.
Blake is 6'8.5 w/o shoes, 6'10 in shoes with a short 6'11.5 wingspan.
Gordon is 6'9 with shoes and a 6'11.5 wingspan, but has a 1.5" edge when it comes to standing reach(8'10.5 to 8'9) So higher shoulder or a smaller frame(arm length)
He'll be just fine IMO and he's really underrated.

I took two seconds and watched highlights(watched the game) of the first game of the year against Davidson. He had a post up move against a guy almost his same height made a quick juke then rolled towards the basket and hit the jumper. Then watched the alley oop dunk in slow motion and he catches the ball outside of the backboard area and gets high enough that his elbow is at the rim height and throws it down.
I love BTP - he brings so much to the table.

So the discussion was about East Trasholina and Kansas. You may think that Davidson is a legitimate program, but since the Steph Curry accident that thing is drowning in irrelevance. They are 1-3 in the season with losses against Duke, the Virginia Cavaliers and Wisconsin Milwaukee for which there isn't even a boxscore available through cbs.
So I'm watching the film now. He does a pass underneath the basket, backing his opponent out at the 3 point line on the baseline. His legitimate opponent was future superstar senior De'Mon Brooks and a useless rotation of future Swedish player of the year Chris Czerapowicz that wasn't registered by superstar redshirt sophomore transfer Brian Sullivan playing the weakside wing who should have rotated under the basket to compensate Czerapowicz's mistake pathetic trap attempt.
But I never questioned his passing ability, thus he found the open man under the basket.
Next back to the basket play is a turnaround jumper out of the post against sophomore Jake Belford playing with a protective mask. He's totaled 16 mins this season and had 72 combined in his freshman year. Legit competition. Yet he didn't attempt to go TO the basket, but went away from it.
The much celebrated alley'oop. He didn't get his elbow over the rim. But he reached the top of the rectangle due to his long arms that I have lauded before and are a big reason he'll never get blocked probably.
To be fair: De'Mon Brooks is ranked #66 amongst NCAA seniors by DX and may make a career in a weaker European league earning 5 digit salaries. He also didn't appear in the Rivals top150 of his high school senior year.
But hey it's better to be stuck in a depressing Finnish winter landscape than serving at burger king.
I'm sorry but if that's the standard he's being held to, then yeah he's a pretty good post player
I can't see him being able to back down most SFs in the NBA and maybe it will change in 5 years, but right now he doesn't and as he's pretty good from the perimeter that prolly won't change too soon. Durant started backing down player's in his 6th NBA season, LeBron in his 8th or something.
Jabari Parker, hell of a perimeter play(mak)er, not much of a post threat. Future All-Star, Stat Sheet Stuffer.

yes i did. I said he's wrong, he rises up below the elbow. His hands are rectangle height, his elbow below the rim.
Well last year he was a 3rd option, so we have no bigger sample size of him being first option. It just looks bad up to now. Maybe he changes it, maybe he won't we'll see.
