Following potential 2014 draftees

My goodness this thread is amazing. I have been missing out for fear of having to skip over too many of btp posts.

Bodhi is a comedic genius, tbh.

Cy and peek, y'all need to try western grip next time. If you don't know what that is, ask your moms.

In reading on Exum, it seems like everybody praises his attitude and unselfishness.

You're basing all of this off of Exum saying that he would love to go to LA…and well, who wouldn't? Great market, great team history, and you get to play with and learn from one of the greatest of all time in Kobe Bryant. I would be concerned if he said he didn't want to go there. Exum has done nothing to insinuate that he doesn't want to play somewhereKnock it off with this stupid ********.

You are correct. And I stand corrected...a bit. But I'd say the red flags are certainly there.

“Definitely L.A. is one option,” he said. “I’ve been to L.A. many times and I love the city, and it is a great city. If I get the opportunity to go to L.A. and play for the Lakers, I know I’ll have love for the city. But just to be in an environment where you have a great player like Kobe, where you have a mentor in a way as a rookie, I think that would be the best option.”

"But would Exum go so far as to try to angle his way onto the Lakers, who currently have the fifth-worst record in the NBA? That’s the concern among some front-office executives around the league.“When you hear some of what he says, it does make you wonder how the process is going to go as far as workouts and that sort of thing,” one general manager told Sporting News."
