agreed.
So how this ties into jabari.
Myself and some others are worried about jabaris weight and potential to struggle with his weight.
Some people have said "it doesnt matter, he just needs to eat right and excersise and there wont be any problem."
My question is this. Can genetics limit what diet and excersise can do for an individuals body to the point that they will struggle with thier weight no matter what?
Example. If you took the most knowledgable nutritionist in the world and he/she told glen big baby davis what to eat, and glen davis ate exactly what he was told...... and big baby had the best personal trainer in the world and he did everything that the trainer told him to do..... Could big baby ever get to the point that he has a body like jeremy evans?... How about a body like paul george?
I dont think he could..... I think his genetics severly limit how he can sculpt his body. Are jabaris genetics similar?
The answer is without a doubt, 100% yes, Glen Davis could look like a Jeremy Evans tooth pick if you limited his calorie intake greatly.
I guarantee Glen Davis just hasn't or isn't trying hard enough to lose weight. It not easy, but definitely possible.
Look at what Perkins did when he put his mind to it.
It actually is kind of crazy to think that it isn't possible to lose weight. The human body weight has to come from somewhere. It isn't just appearing out of nowhere. Ever hear the phrase, you are what you eat? It's 100% true. Your body is built out of everything you eat. One cannot have body weight without eating enough food to sustain mass. It's just not scientifically possible.
