Following potential 2017 draftees...

I wonder how R.J. Barrett is gonna compare to Josh Jackson (and DeRozan and.. Hayward..) He stacks up better than you might first think..

I guarantee you that 2020 draft is loaded...
Posted about it this summer when it happened but he dropped 30pts in a game vs Stanley Johnson and Brandon Jennings..

He's clearly one of those players thats capable of playing up.. he shows very well vs older competition all the time..

Also he's a legit star, he knows when it's time to step up or when its time to get teammates involved like a PG. He's more of a SG than a SF. He's a prototype swingman really. Really good passer like JJ tho.

The Hoosiers NIT bubble's bursting even with James Blackmon back 5 ls in a row 7 outa 8.

Fixed. LOL. IU's unraveled in such a way it's almost gotta reflect favorably on Anunoby.. Really how valuable was he?

It sucks for some of those players that aren't brand names but are really pretty good young college players..

Utah would be better off with Jalen Brunson as a backup PG next year over Deron, for damn sure.

Thats on John Collins..

He's getting moved up to the 30th pick in the next mock most likely.

Man, the more I watch Motley, the more I like him. Super agile and quick athlete for a guy his size to go with touch and feel for the game. Should rise up draft boards.

But I guess the fact the is a redshirt junior might hold him back from rising too much. Hopefully the Jazz can pick him up, would be a good replacement to Favors 4/5 role.

Kennard with 23 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists on 5-9 shooting from three today. He's going to keep on rising up the draft boards. Might not be too crazy to take him with our pick now.

John Collins continues to dominate. He's must see TV for me at this point. I record every WF game. Followed up his 31 and 15 game v Duke with 22 and 14 tonight and the game winning bucket on a tip in.

Now sitting at 11 straight with 20+. And I'd have to check to be sure, I'm pretty confident he's shot 50%+ in all of them, 60%+ in most. You just don't see this kind of college player come around very often. Besides his obvious skill and relentless nature, Manning demands they feed him in the post.

Having said all that, I'm not sure he can be all that effective in the NBA because in order for his strengths to be utilized properly, a team would have to be committed to going to him in the post, almost like the Jazz did back in the day with KM. I don't know if that's realistic in today's NBA and frankly I don't know if you can win that way. Perhaps his most likely role if he is going to be good would be similar to Kanter with OKC as an instant offense guy off the bench who they feed in spurts on the low block. He's a bit better, more committed and smarter defender than Kanter, but of course that's not saying much- he won't defend very well in the league. Not as strong, but a bit better run/jump athlete.

If Wake makes the dance, they could make some noise with that dude down low and pretty good guard play and decent 3pt shooting.
