Here's a Catchall Big Board...actually, it's a Mock.
Edit: I think Mitchell is too low. He could be really good.
- Markelle Fultz — Most complete PG prospect since Kyrie Irving, who happens to be both bigger and better than Irving coming out of Duke.
- Josh Jackson — Elite 2-way wing.
- DeAaron Fox — No one is going to be able to stay in front of this guy. John Wall Part 2.
- Lonzo Ball — What Ricky Rubio would look like if he had a funky jump shot that goes in more often.
- Jayson Tatum — I’m not convinced he’ll be a star, but he’ll be good.
- Jonathan Issac — Needs to become elite at something, preferably shooting. A better handle would help him use his length to his advantage.
- Lauri Markkanen — A special shooter who can survive on defense and rebound a little.
- Zach Collins — You hope he develops into the next Pau Gasol. Will need to gain some weight and strength regardless of whether he’s a 4 or 5.
- Frank Ntilikina — Solid player. Could end up being better than Lonzo Ball.
- Dennis Smith Jr. — If he were a couple inches bigger, he’d go higher. Still has All Star potential in a Kyle Lowry kinda way. Could slip due to teams having different needs.
- Malik Monk — If he can’t defend anybody due to his lack of size, strength and length, he’s a role player like Lou Williams. If he can tighten his handle and add shiftiness he’s a different player and could be a versatile combo-guard.
- Jarrett Allen — He’ll be an effective defensive center with some upside. You hope he becomes the next DeAndre Jordan.
- Ike Anigbogu — A raw, beefy paint defender and rebounder.
- Justin Patton — Best all-around center prospect on the board.
- Bam Adebayo — Size, quickness, explosive first and second jump. Will need to develop his game as a PF.
- Justin Jackson — He’s not spectacular, but he’ll score and defend from the wing. Every team needs that.
- OG Anunoby — Prototypical 3/D wing. Needs more handle, shift and in-between game. Will need most of the season to recover from the ACL.
- Harry Giles — If he would just show flashes of what he once was… Could rise in workouts if he shows mobility and explosion.
- Ivan Rabb — He does everything fairly well, just doesn’t blow you away with anything. A below-the-rim player who isn’t especially quick or explosive.
- Donovan Mitchell — Will do what Avery Bradley does, plus finish above the rim. Solid player.
- TJ Leaf — Versatile player capable of doing dirty work and scoring with effort and IQ.
- Luke Kennard — Lack of length and quickness detract from an otherwise excellent shooter and playmaker.
- John Collins — PF with impressive shooting touch from multiple angles.
- Rodions Kurucs — Young, versatile prospect. Potential to draft and stash. Could be the next Saric.
- Hamidou Diallo — Lets assume he can actually play.
- Jonathan Jeanne — Because you can’t teach long.
- Isaiah Hartenstein — Physically strong and athletic enough to have an impact. Shooting potential gives him upside.
- DJ Wilson — Long, fluid and versatile. Needs to put in work on his body for his game to develop.
- Caleb Swanigan — Has a pretty complete game—shoots, rebounds, defends, passes and knows how to makes high-percentage plays. Underrated.
- Tyler Lydon — He can really shoot the 3-ball and won’t get killed on defense or on the boards.
- Frank Jackson — Kid can score in a number of ways. Good size and explosion for a combo guard.
