Following potential 2017 draftees...

Diop is a guy who is going get a chance based off his athletic ability and size but he will not be going to the NBA early, He is a 4 year player. I have close ties to the bball community of central Illinois where Diop is from and by all reports I have heard the kid loves OSU, isn't on track to graduate in 3 years, and is a 4 year player who I am saying will be on all Defensive Big10 team as a senior. OSU best pro prospect was a freshman last year. His name I am forgetting but has great size and is a "combo" guard.. He is strong as an ox. I am fully aware you have been hyping Diop since before he arrived in Columbus. Dude is a solid not great college player. Players like that usually don't leave early for the nba and are normally D League overseas type player. For Diop to get drafted he needs to do two things
Improve his shooting
and become a lock down defender
Kid has great size to be a 3D player but atthis moment he would be one of them head scratching choice if he was to declare. He isn't even the 1st or 2nd option on a team who went to the NIT last year. I totally agree with you on Jackson as number 1 pick but I will leave this out here. He is older then most freshman in college bball. Could it come back to hurt his draft stock? Doubt it but I don't see any way he falls out of the top 3 at the moment.
You also have the wrong Hoosier on this list. Thomas Bryant will be the highest selected Hoosier if OG and Him both declared early. OG is still so raw, Really raw and ill give ya a player from Hoosiers id watch this season. Maybe not as a draftee in this draft but in the next one or 2 and that is DeRon Davis. Talking about Tyler davis and you say his "short" arms will affect his game in nba. Sure hasn't affected Sabonis who so many on here didn't like, I don't know if you was high on him or not but I was and so far he has shown he belongs in the NBA. The whole wingspan debate is a good one and can go either way when talking about a player but I find it to be overrated overall. If you have a high IQ and motor and short arms you can still make it. Look at Sabonis who ate up Utah Utes big dude in the drfat. He took his lunch money. Many here whiffed when talking about Sabonis. Again not sure if you was one of them but somany people here, id actually say majority here were not sold on him and he has thus far proven them wrong. Yet another thing I was right about.lol

It's preseason bruh don't get your **** in a knot over it, I'm just calibrating a bunch of lists at once, it's a lot of trimming and there's tons of room for error.

Players I like, such as Fox, Markannen and Graham are rated highly, near the top of their ranges, and if they don't preform up to high standards will be dropped, some like Markelle Fultz (if he shoots it well from 3) and HArry Giles (if he stays healthy) are positioned to rise. Tatum could certainly go higher, a scarcity of quality wings past the top tiers will likely help his cause, but he's also recovering from injury.

I've been bringing up Diop on this site since he and D'Angelo Russell were headed to OSU, he's draftable and worthy of mention.

Graham should be the featured PG and it's hurt his exposure and will likely continue to do so. I definitely think the Cavs would like to have a PG like him.. I thought the biggest reach I had at PG was the Frenchman at 41..

BRidges could easily be a few spots higher at 20.

As far as Fox being too skinny that remains to be seen, it's said he's up about 18 lbs, so if he can maintain that during the season and add some going into the draft he'll be fine.

I ll let you in on another Freshman who you should watch since I know your a video guy and that is Cals Charlie Moore. Great shooter and is strong, by all reports Cuonzo Martin has said he has never seen a freshman come in and demand the attention of the upperclassmen like he has. Rabb is also to low on your list. He will be a 1st or 2nd team all American and I like his game more for the NBA then in college where he is forced to stay on the block. Rabb is going be a solid NBA player. Mark my words.

I love Bridges as a cbb player... but not so sure about pros.. he's kind of a tweeter with his size:skillset.

Kid can stroke it. Was 5 for 5 from 3s in a game other day and he is a great athlete. Will be a SF in the NBA
He is Bill Walker with a jump shot. Strong as an ox and athletic but he has what Walker never had and that was a jumpshot. If Walker had a jumper he would still be in the league today.

Graham isn't the featured point guard and no he shouldn't be either. Mason is a great college point guard. Not a nba player at all but a solid 4 year college player. He is a stud at the college game. So featuring Graham as the point guard would be a disaster and Bill Self knows this. It is why he plkays off the ball. Kind alike Bill had at Illinois when he started Dwill and Dee in the backcourt together. Self likes to have multiple ball handlers in his backcourt since he runs the high low offense and plays a tradional bball game with a PF and Center. Many in college these days are playing SFs at the 4 spot.

Yeah, he can be very good if he maintains a 35%+ 3 shot in the pros. Elite athlete.
He's too undersized if his shot isn't falling.

I sa wFox the other day and he was still skinny. Has a heck of a future ahead of him, No doubt about that but I don't see him as a top 5 pick. Id say between 5-10 spot and I expect Bam to be the highest pick UK player this year because of his strength and motor and I know many don't like his chances in the NBA but I like Briscoe as a second rounder. Has that big body point guard body like a Anthony Johnson. He is a great defender which translates from college to pros and he has a very high bball iq. Never see him as a starter but as 2nd or 3rd string point guard I could se ehim playing ten years in the NBA.

Thing about Izzo is he improves his players and knows what they need to do to be successful at the next level. Coaching wise he is a top 5 coach at developing talent.

100% agree with that.
I respect Izzo as much as any other... just not fond of watching B10 grind-it-out bb, every game.

Ncoloradojazz is completely full of **** I was talking about Charlie Moore when he was committed to Memphis and he lambasted the kid, now he's here hyping him like that never happened.

He and Hillary have to be the same person.

I didn't see much of SMU last year but this DX video on Shake Milton is very impressive, he looks like he could easily go top-40 in this draft.

He's built like Exum.. 6'6" combo guard with a 7' wingspan.
