What's new

Following potential 2017 draftees...

And it's hard to be in basketball shape in the off-season. Walt Perrin says everyone isnt in shape for workouts.

What do you make of Fox outplaying him though??

Tyreke Evans outplayed steph curry in an individual workout in Sacramento.

Basketball is 5 on 5... I think these workouts need to be taken in context.

It's my favorite part of his after workout questioning/analysis.

Haven't read many of the reports, just saw this though:

The Jazz tested Leaf's shooting out extensively in the workout today. "His Jazz 100 was good, but not great," Walt Perrin, Jazz VP of player personnel, said Sunday. "He shot it pretty well when he was spotting up, but struggled a little bit on the move."

Also mentions in that article Leaf only averaged 1.5 3pt attempts per game so that high 3pt% for Leaf maybe very deceptive.

He means Fox outplaying him in the UCLA/Kentucky game....

Oh... that was kind of alarming just because Ball didn't show fight... but he is kind of emotionless. I'd take Ball ahead of Fox, but I love Fox.

I think he's a good set shooter and a good finisher... He's kind of David Leeish, but with a decent jumper. Don't think he's as athletic as Lee was coming out of college.

Sorry for the white guy comp... can't think of anyone else.

I just finished watching Oklahoma St vs Kansas first match up this year in January.

I admit Evans impressed me, looked a little more Chris Paulish than Trey Burke though Mason probably outplayed him. Tough to call cause he played on the better team but he had better stats, break away steals, great assists. Devonte Graham stood out. He chose to return to Kansas for a year, look out for him next draft!
