Following Potential 2018 Draftees

yeah... there is a zero chance anyone would be able to get everything right with those projections, even the best of GMs in the league. I just see it as a fun exercise and my personal attempt at getting as many right as possible.
The big thing with ranking prospects is that 10 years from now people wont even be able to agree on the order. There are objective truths, but also a lot of subjectivity. Two people can have the exact same projection for a player, but rank them very differently.

If you asked everyone to rank the top 50 players, everyone would have different rankings.

I thought I was now okobo homer but after seeing most value him over shia.... lol

Shia fits better with donovan

with okobo our backcourt would be 6'2 and 6'3

Shy is 6'6, 7 foot wingspan, outplayed diallo and knox at kentucky, 80% ft, 40% 3pt

We would have to move up for him no doubt in my mind

Jimmer and Burke were each National Players of the Year. So what.

Yeah, absolutely. To me it's more about getting the general area of outcome right. For example - now that we are 8 years removed from the draft - Hayward or PG13? Different people can have different opinions. At 9-10 to me it doesn't really matter, if you liked either at that pick you will be good in the long term. The problem is if you consistently pick ... lets say Xavier Henry types ahead of those two.

On my mock I am working on I am considering take SGA over Young and Sexton

I hate Shai so whatevs.

Unless we’re talking about the 90’s group that sang Freak Me.

That song completely holds up... k maybe not but imma play it as the wife and I are headed up to the bedroom tonight... will at least get a laugh.

I like SGA but we already have the big rangey guy that can play PG... I’d prefer Okobo for shot creation.

I also don’t think he’s a shooter yet... he barely shot any 3 pointers so I don’t see him as a confident shooter in spite of his 3 pt percentage. I’ll take either but fairly sure SGA won’t be there and I think there is a better than 50% chance that Okobo is.

Guys, Bradley isn’t that good and probably won’t ever be.

If you have hopes of him positively impacting this roster near or long term, you might want to temper those.

You need to see where he is in 2 more years. Bigs develop slowly, and get they're shooting later than guards and wings. Clint Capella wasn't even in
the NBA at 19 years old, drafted late (25th) like Bradley, and now he's staring at a max contract.
