Different player than O'Neale- you draft Okogie in hopes he can create offense from the guard position- both for himself and for others, being a 19 year old with a much higher ceiling than a guy like o'neale.
Initially, at 21 it will be tough finding an upgrade to Royce and if they do, they've drafted very well.
True, but if you're looking for a guard/wing who can create offense, Okogie isn't quite on the same level as a few other guys. Okogie projects to be a really solid defender who can straight-line drive, finish at the rim, draw fouls at a high rate and hit open jumpshots.
