Following Potential 2018 Draftees

When the draft rolls around, cooler heads will prevail and Gary Trent will get drafted ahead of Divincenzo, imo.

Huerter, however, could rise if he stays in.

Some impressive stuff right here. I'm start to liking him at #21. Size is more than anything. He might return to school though

I like Donte much more. I think he’s a good defender and does well enough as a ball handler to make him more than just a shooter. I’m also the president of the Donte fan club.

Donte Divincenzo looks like a spot-up shooter, albeit a good one. He doesn't seem to have a very advanced or diverse offensive game. He's solid in a number of areas, but he looks like a back-up to me.

Can he create his own space or beat a defender?

Can he lock down on defense?

Can he run a pick-and-role?

He's got a nice first step and he can handle ball well enough to attack closeouts, he's got good instincts for cutting to the rim too, even will throw down some nasty putback dunks and is a fiesty defender, he's' a 'tough east coast guard', which is kinda a nova specialty.

Don't know much about Huerter. Isn't he more of a SG/SF? Again I am showing my ignorance because I've never seen Huerter play.

He's a former PG that grew to 6'7. He's more of a combo guard than a swingman, he gets impressive blocks and has nice hops though. Ultimately they will list him as a pure SG.

Is this in reply to Huerter?

Yeah i've been comparing the red rocket favorably to stauskas here for years.

Huerter's another kid Team USA endorsed yeas back even though he was ranked like 70th in the class(4stars). I remember an article that had some of the coaches saying something to the effect of that they thought the best player to run their offense thru was Huerter.

His shot is crazy accurate and hye's got nba rangeand then some. He's got great 'game sense' too.
