This sounds to me more like we will go with a long term play rather than an older guy like Allen. I don't love Simons... he feels like a shot in the dark.

Also doesn't sound like they are looking for someone to fill an immediate need... which could have been guessed. Wonder if we get a Tony Bradley type... guy who literally spends the entire year in the G League.

Watching Doncic highlights, I don’t see top of the draft talent, maybe highlights don’t do him justice, I don’t know?

I could make an argument for Brown being in the same tier talentwise as Knox and maybe SGA, but he's not a top 4 pick.
