Following Potential 2025 Draftees

Ace’s biggest problem is that he’s next to Harper. He looks so underwhelming in comparison lol. Feels like a relief whenever he has the ball because he’s not passing but will chuck up a contested jumper.

Harper is creeping up behind Flagg for sure. Another game for Ace where his strengths and weaknesses are on full display.

So could there be a chance that by draft day Cooper Flagg may not be the clear cut #1 pick
He does seem to have some flaws in his game that are being exposed as season progresses
Just as I said before the season.

Flagg is a nice complementary player prospect for a team that already has the big pieces in place. He should preferably play off the ball.

What he's not is a #1 option to take you into the promised land.

Harper is smooth. I don't think he's the #1 pick.

We're 7 games in, we have a lot of time left, lol.

How good Flagg and Harper are at shooting will probably determine which guy goes first. If one shoots way better than another on jumpshots, then the person who shoots better will probably go first.

But scoring 35+ in back to back games as a lead guard as a Freshman against real teams is extremely uncommon and a great start.

Dylan Harper is the best player in the draft
I would buy this in a heartbeat if his 3 point shooting looked better. He is really close though, as I think just the 3 pointer alone would make him a massive problem.

He has also shown more craftiness lately than I gave him credit for earlier. I'm now seeing some of those "taller Jalen Brunson" takes. The way he weaves in traffic and finishes after contact looks like NBA superstar level stuff.

I will eat crow on my "not #1 scorer" take already. He can get there, and may be closest to that out of anyone in this class.

If Harper isn't at least in consideration for #1 that's crazy. Can anyone think of a more impressive two day stretch from a true freshman?
No, people literally can’t guard him. You will not stop him from getting to the rim. He's shooting 65% from 2 on 11.7 attempts per game and a ton of those are at the rim.

It's very early so we have a lot of time left for players to have good or bad games., but this has been one of the most impressive two game stretches from a prospect I can ever remember.

He seriously just looks like 2018 Harden out there.

There's a lot of Cooper Flagg to Scottie Barnes comparisons out there and those are mostly fair, but we know that Barnes is a below average shooter whereas Flagg's shooting is still unknown as a quality.

Scottie Barnes with a 37-38% three point shot on good volume would be a really great player.

Flagg is also a decent bit more athletic than Barnes as well.
