Following Potential 2026 Draftees

The Jazz still really need someone who is elite playing off the dribble. Peterson, Dybantsa and Brown seem to fit that description pretty well, especially Peterson. Tounde has some potential there. If we get a dominant paint scorer, like Boozer or Wilson (giving him the benefit of the doubt), the Jazz can build a different kind of offense around that, though it seems to be less en vogue.

Diop plays Gonzaga on the 14th for anyone who wants to know how "real" Diop can be vs a top team.

Tounde has no potential there imo. If you are drafting Tounde with hopes he becomes that kind of guy, you are going in with high potential for disappointment. Carr is much closer to being that kind of guy.

Definitely could be a top 10 guy

This is random, but I went back to the combine stats to look at what Ace Bailey measured at and randomly noticed that Avdala is basically an Ace Bailey clone except for 2.5" shorter arms. They have almost all of the same measurements and athletic testing numbers except for the wingspan/standing reach. Now, 2.5" in wingspan is a big deal, but I still thought it was interesting.

I think taller Bogdan is a good comp for him probably?
