What's new

Following Potential 2026 Draftees

Jazz vs. Wizards are interesting as two young teams. They've been our rivals in the draft. That rivalry continues this year. Both teams have interesting talent. Now it's a question of who gets the superstar this year.

Keyonte/Collier/Clayton Jr. vs. Bub Carrington
Ace Bailey vs. Tre Johnson
Cody/Brice vs. Kyshawn George
Taylor Hendricks vs. Bilal Coulibaly
Kyle Filipowski vs. Alex Sarr

Not uncommon for kids to still be growing. If he comes in at 6'5" in shoes he will have good size for a PG.

I was super impressed with him in the u19 tourney.

Louisville is listing Mikel Brown at 6'5", which I thought was interesting. Maybe he's approaching 6'4" in real life.

I have him in my top 5.

Peterson
Boozer
Dybantsa
Ament
Brown

Cenac could deserve to be there
Tounde and Muurinnen also look promising. I like Dash Daniels a lot.
Quintance (spelling) could surprise a long with Wilson. Lopez also but I am not as big a fan.
I love Koa Peat also

This draft is just stacked. Brayden Burries. Carter knox, Isaiah Evans. Areanas (maybe)

He's probably better than Haliburton if he's 6'5". He's got a great first step, vertical pop and rim finishing, as well as high-level passing and shooting.

De Larrea has had an incredible start to the season. He might be the best international league prospect in the draft.

Quick update on De Larrea:

- 10/14 vs Tel Aviv: Only played 14 minutes and only had 4fga. 4pts, 4ast, 1stl. (I really don't get the Euroleague where you can go from dominating in multiple games and then only get 4 fga?)
- Today vs Manaco: 11 minutes, 7pts(100%fg%), 2reb, 4ast, 2stl (fouled out of the game, so that's why he didn't play more I'm guessing)

I guess the main difference was the other games were in the Spanish ACB league and his last two games are actual Euroleague games?

Cam Boozer next to Ace and Lauri would be solid. Jazz could run their offense through Cam and let Keyonte and Walt play off of movement.

Watching BYU right now. Dybantsa looks fantastic. Playing great defense (got a steal as I type this), grabbed a defense rebound and went coast to coast for what should have been an and 1 (refs said the foul was before the gather), had a great crossover drive for a big dunk, hit another bucket. In just the first few minutes.

There is a free livestream on YouTube if anyone wants to watch.

Dybantsa posted up, got doubled and did a dream shake into a step back fadeaway midrange J and nailed it. I think he has 13 points in the half. Grabbed a decent amount of rebounds too so I think he is getting close to a double double and there is still like 3 minutes left in the half.

Dybantsa just hit a three while fading to the left.
3 point shooting is the only weakness in his game. That one looked really good.

AJ with another 3. He is looking amazing. 19 points so far in the half. Has only missed 3 shots. Playing good defense and rebounding well.
