I have long complained about how expensive food and beer are at sporting events. I have always said I would spend more if it was reasonably priced. When I go to the Jazz games I usually get a beer but its $10 so I am probably not going to get more than the one. But if they were $5 I would buy one for me and for people with me, plus I would go back for more rounds. As far as food goes I rarely buy crap food for their silly prices. I usually go out to eat before or after at somewhere with better food and normal prices. If it was cheaper I would buy food and/or snacks more.
Well hopefully this trend that Atlanta Falcons are doing catches on. Plus, it looks like I am not alone and teams would make more money if they didnt gauge fans because of their perceived monopoly on the fans during games.
