In the early days of rep I remember colton adjusting the formula every time someone hit in the high 20's or so. I think he finally stopped that but not until we had 3 or 4 adjustments lowering everyone's rep power. I left the first time a couple years ago at about 30-something rep power iirc and at that time I was in the lead but not by much, to trout at #2. Rep definitely rises faster now with people pos-repping at >100 per.
