Best case scenario is to trade Marvin for something of value because some team wants him to fill a role for a playoff run. He's played well so far this year and is probably the top asset that the Jazz have right now.
The only way Jefferson gets traded is if the Jazz take on a worse contract with more years. It would be worth considering taking a two year deal in exchange for his expiring deal (similar to the Harris for Marvin trade), but ONLY if a 1st round pick is coming back for doing that. Anything less than that and it's just better to let him expire. IMO, the Jazz should use their 2014 cap space to buy assets like last year, and then look at Free Agency in 2015 when they have a better idea of who the team is actually built around.
