I've been working on mastering BBQ (or really technically grilled) chicken this summer. It was always one of my favorite things in the world but I always overcooked it in fear of being undercooked. So I think I've grilled it about 7 times so far this summer, and the trick is brining the chicken, and owning a decent meat thermometer. The beauty of chicken is that I can have 2-3 days worth of food for like $6.
Thermometer?!? Thermometers are for simps...
Don't know about other places but here it's 80% of your normal hourly.$25/hour? @#!*% , I interviewed and was hired for such a job about seven years ago at about $15/hour but turned it down because it just didn't seem worth it.
