But I see what you mean, an omelette is an omelet. Not really any fancy shmancy gourmet way to make one. I mean, you can put different vegetables and stuff in them, but that's about it. I still think they are delicious, however. I really like omelets.

I like omelettes too, was just saying it's funny to put a restaurant down because an omelette was just "ok". An omelette is "ok" by definition.
