Free Agent Rumors Thread

Names for Jazz for a veteran wing in free agency - Richard Jefferson or Fransico Garcia. Or keep eye on Al-Faouq Aminu

Al-Farouq Aminu is absurd athlete. 23 years old. Former 8th pick. 6'9 215. Poor shooter. Strong rebounder. Might be worth addition

I really hope the Jazz get him, hes an Excellent teammate, and whats most important is hes much better than Malcolm Thomas.

I would like to get aminu

Umm, can you explain how that would work?

Nba free agency began the 1st July....the Jazz had the time to make a convincing offer to Parsons if they wanted him....they could offer him $50mln for 3 years and decide to let Hayward go regardless the offer he gets from other teams...there were rumors that some teams were interested in giving Hayward a max contract. It's all about speculations...Jazz made the wrong speculations with Gordon and now they have to pay big money for a normal player. You don't give those money for lack of alternatives.

Anyway if you had to choose between Hayward and Parsons at a similar price, who would you take?

I'm very surprised the Rockets gave up to keep him! It's kind they underrate him. Last year he showed that he can be the 2nd offensive option in a good team.

Right, but your post was made TODAY at 3:06 pm. Parsons already signed the offer sheet with Dallas. Utah already matched the offer to Gordon.

And for the record, Hayward >>> Parsons. You don't judge a player's worth on one season, especially when there were several other factors contributing to his struggles. Hayward is much more versatile. He has the ability to take over games (like the OKC one). Yes, consistency is a concern. So is his mindset. I place a lot of trust in Quin. And I think Hayward THRIVES in a less rigid offense, especially when he's not being counted on to be the playmaker every time down the court.
