I like how Lance is "erratic" and Gordon is "stable". Seriously, the more I speculate about Gordo's psyche, then more I'm convinced he's just a little boy. Little boys are erratic, too.

In the end, I'm not sure I'd have Lance in my locker room. But I think it's funny how Hayward escapes speculation.

That's a fair opinion. There is NOT a snowball's chance in Ut.., I mean HELL I'd ever want Lance on the Jazz. At the same time, I can see the concern over Gordon. He did pout during the season. I was against matching, but now that the deal is done, let's at least hope he becomes somewhat overpaid instead of grossly so. I think having more players involved in the offense will help. I think having PG's actually initiate the offense will do wonders. Hayward is NOT Kobe. He's not Lebron. But that's what was being asked of him last year.

I would bet he'll be pretty close to 45%/40% next season. And I think he'll be the leading scorer on the team. He'll be the #1 option without really being the #1 option if that makes sense. The ball is going to move around a lot, Hayward will get out and run with Exum on breaks and get buckets on early offense situations. It's the dawn of a new day in Utah with Corbin gone.

With Richard Jefferson, Marvin Williams and Brandon Rush signings, only one free agent from 2013-14 Jazz remains available: Andris Biedrins.

He could always go to Europe. At least the other three got some burn. Andris got nothing.

So we are suppose to be excited if his shooting goes up to .45 percent. Yes the NBA has certainly changed. Quin is a miracle man if he can do that. Hayward is still going to be the number one guy and he is going to have a bigger target on his back. I think he will do better if they take the ball out of his hands more and allow him to be a spot up shooter which is what he does best.

I want no part of Stephenson, he's just not as good of a player that people think. He makes bad judgement calls, doesn't make the correct plays, and he potential can be cancer to the team. I doubt he ever averages higher stats then he did this year.

I don't think there will really be a number one guy in Quin's system. Good shots will be the number one guy.

Quin has barely been in town, and based on what I've seen from Summer Play, I have 100% more faith in the current coaching staff to not only help all of the young Core players develop into better players, but I also have 100% more faith in the coaching staff figuring out ways to help the players maximize their strengths while minimizing their weaknesses. Whether that's through clearly defined roles, minutes distributions or specific rotations. . . I think that they'll all improve. Including Gordon Hayward. Watching Coach Q working with Burke in all the behind the scenes stuff has really, really improved my opinion of Snyder. The guy is a teacher and a coach. A young roster will learn a TON from working for a guy like that.

Then we could have just gotten Kyle Korver for 1/3 the price and a much more consistent 3pt shooter at that too.

This is who I want to insure the SF position(more than Al Farouq Aminu now that Bookers signed). He just turned 24, is a good defender(Steals and Blocks) and looks much more polished than when he was on UCLA/The Kings. He shot 34% from 3 on 4 attempts per in Israel last year.

The Jazz worked him out in late May.

Here's his Highlights and stats from Israel this year.

This league may not be the best competition, the games are INTENSE though, seriously. The Yankees television station has a show following Maccabi Tal-Aviv so I've seen more of these games than you'd expect.

34mpg, 15.3ppg, 52% from 2, 34% from 3, 67% ft's, 9.3 rebounds, 2.1 steals, 1.3 blocks, 3.8 assists, 3.2 turnovers. He played better in the playoffs, shooting 43% from 3 on over 5 attempts per game.
