Then Favors should not get to see the court he isn't even close to be developed. And Hayward starting he isn't the clear best 3 on the team. But, they are getting minutes to help them develop.

I don't disagree with this. But I doubt Foye will be cool with just playing when Alec is struggling. There is a lot more that goes into this than what we know.

I love JazzFanz. Every time I tune in I get a good laugh at some of the opinions on here.
So Silencer now think Westbrook isnt that good.
So far I have heard from him that these three players suck
Dwight Howard
Blake Griffin
Russel Westbrook
And Im sure there are more.
So what do these players have in common?
Oh thats right, they are all great athletes. They all jump really high, and throw down mean dunks.
If I had to guess, I would say Silencer is resentful of people with ability. Must mean that Silencer doesnt have an athletic bone in his body, and is very jealous.
But this isnt just Silencer, its a lot of people on Jazzfanz
So what does everyone around here got against great athletes? Why all the hate?

Favors athletic ability and size make up for his offensive shortcomings, Burks doesn't have that to lean on. If Burks isn't killing it on offense he doesn't help at all. Didn't Hayward start at the 2 with Williams at the 3 ? I missed the start so I really don't know.

It's not a matter of being fully developed, it's whether or not you make the team better, which I believe he specified in his post

Is the goal to win as many games as possible in a season, or is it to peak at playoff time? Sitting the youth squad and playing veterans may gain as a few more wins, but we may improve more by giving the youthies more burn and letting them develop. I have no doubt Ty wants to win every game, I'm just saying that by the end of the year, we could be a better team if Burks, Favors, and Kanter get more time. I actually think Burks has more potential than Gordon. Gordon looked like someone shot his puppy before the game last night.

Na, I don't like Dwight because of what he did to his franchise. The same reason I dislike LeDouche for what he did.
I dislike Griffin because all the guy can do is dunk anyway, if he shows more this season... I will change my tune.
Westbrook on the other hand is a great player, and will become an even better passer over the next couple years.
I do think Burks has better overall ability though to effect a game other than just shooting well over peoples heads.
Would be better defensively as well. The team could look for more untraditional ways to generate offense

He already did tha last season. What do you want from him? 50% from 3? 14 APG? 9 blocks? He is a solid shooter (minus free throws) for a 4, a very good passer, and he is a freak athlete. I don't know what your standards are.
