When he wants to Big Al can play defense. For some reason Corbin, Locke, and everyone in Jazzland lets him get away with it.
Why?

He should be benched for his lazy play. Don't let me start. Make him EARN his mins back by playing hard on defense.

Jefferson could improve but just saying jazz defensive schemes dont compliment BIG AL's skills bro.
the way they play screens, help D, funneling penetration, switches, etc. dont compliment his skills at all.

another thing BIG AL gets blamed for that is partly TyCo's fault.
