so i'am all for trading shortysap and keeping fatterson, seriously!
He's commenting on the fact that George is 5 inches taller than Foye, which is normally enough to get a shot off over someone.
According to this thread https://forum.officiating.com/basketball/58003-inbound-pass-hits-backboard.html it was legal since it hit the side of the backboard. Had it it hit the back, it'd be Pacers ball...

Milsap, and Jefferson both trying to hide smiles in the post game interviews while talking about the backboard inbound pass.
Any word on hayward? Did West dislocate his shoulder and then Al just happened to celebrate on the same shoulder? I also wonder if Hayward's shoulder got hit before West grabbed it, maybe even on teh block/take away.
Phil Johnson just walked through the replays of the pacers inbound that hit the backboard, and the Milspap hitting the backboard to end the game. He siad the officials got the calls right on both plays.

Also, I think Hayward is going to have to sit out until he meets with the Bishop---even a non-lip reader could see what he said just after Al grabbed him.
