Game #7: Grizzlies at Jazz, Friday 01/06/2012 7:00 MST

BTW LOVE what I am seeing from Burks and Favors. I like Hayward, but am starting to think he may end up being sixth man material. Enes still impressing me which I thought would be impossible.

This to the power of this.

"Grizzlies had 20 turnovers and appeared bothered by Utah's rugged style of defense."
When was the last time you saw Jazz def described as "rugged"?
Nice to hear. Hope it can become a habit.

Rudy Gay may be a top 10 talent in the league; but if I were a Grizzlies fan this guy would frustrate the hell out of me. He'll play with intensity for about 3 or 4 minutes and then coast the rest of the quarter on offense and play soft defense. You can tell by his body language that he's just not into it at times.

I don't think it's as big as an accomplishment as people think when Memphis made a run without him last year.

He's the Big Al of small forwards I think he had 1 assist. In 38 minutes. They were talking about that on the radio.

I hear ya. Just want to see favors with a min 25 minutes each game.
Favors seemed out of sync on offense and still plays like a young player at times making mistakes. Both Al and Millsap played well and deserved the minutes. When Favors has shown consistency he has gotten the minutes. I feel Al is starting to adapt to the offense finally. Al didn't seem to hold down the offense. If he ever learns to pass out of double and triple teams he would be elite.

One last thing.... Can we please trade Harris, like yesterday! It almost seems like he's lost a step or two. We need to trade his *** before the other teams realize this as well

I think Hayward is lacking a LOT of confidence right now. Hopefully he can gain some and not be so hesitant and we can see more of the promise he shows late last season.

only a matter of time til we are the dirtiest team in the league and opposing players suck oxygen on the bench.

I don't know what was more pathetic. The flop by Tony Allen or his absolute instance that his bucket on a foul should count despite it being the most clear block in history.

Great game by the Jazz, and a hell of a second half. I love that Ty is giving Burks more minutes, he really deserves them.
