Game Thread: BREAK THE STREAK - Warriors @ Jazz - Nov 30 - 7 PM MST

Happy with what Hayward, Favors, Burks, and Gobert gave us tonight. We lost because of the PG play.
You can see how close we are. A piece away. Maybe its Exum. We are certainly better with Exum.
Trey is not trash, but hes a back up. A decent one, but not a starter. Hopefully this year helps
Neto going forward so that he can play behind Exum next year.

I think we make the playoffs, and really grow as a team. Hopefully we add a specialist, get Exum back, and
Lyles starts to develop next year.

I was satisfied with Lyles in his one minute of play tonight. Obviously wanted to lift his game in tribute to kobe.

Still confused why we don't just roll with the 3 wing lineup from the start. We close every game with it, and both our pgs suck waaaay worse than Alec could even on his worst nights.

I wouldnt say we lost because of PG play. We don't usually get good PG play. We lost because we didn't keep them off the offensive glass.

Trey ****ing Lyles had made more 3s this year than Livingston. Let that sink in.

It was a performance Kobe would be disappointed in...how does someone play one minute without taking a single shot? Kobe would have fired off at least three shots (and missed all of them) in a minute of play.

I'm a broken record, but our PGs combined for 4 pts and 4 assists in 37 mins. on 2/12 shooting. And yet we were in the game down to the final 16 seconds.

Whiskey Tango Foxtrot

Ian Clark drilled us for more than that in 6 minutes of game time.
Yep.
Great thing about this team is that next year Hayward, favors, Gobert, Burks, and hood are all still under contract and we (like everyone else unfortunately) will have tons of money to spend in the off-season.

Now I'm hopeful for Exum but I hope the jazz go all in on an all star type pg next summer. Exum can play the pg and sg and will be able to find decent minutes. Plus he will still be super young and can be a backup for a while.
I think after this year of development these guys will be ready to win and take the next step. Just need a point guard that is ready to take that step with them

Just imagine Conley in the starting lineup. . .

That would be a huge upgrade for this team. And Conley would still provide good defense on Curry.
Salivating

Unless DL makes a trade, this is another wasted season. Might be better to just hope for a chance in the lottery.

I would like him to make a trade too but I don't think it would be a wasted season if he doesn't.

I think this team makes the playoffs and this is a great development year for all of our core guys who will be back next year

You make this sound so dire. We were one shot away from beating the defending champs and possibly a historical great team tonight.

Agreed

I definitely didn't bet the -8. I thought about the +8 but didnt have the balls.
I thought about it too and also lacked the testicular fortitude
