What's new

Game Thread: OKC @ Utah. 7pm MST

Major props to Trey. Truly stellar night after a slow start. I sincerely hope I was wrong about him, because if he can play like he did in quarters 2-4 on a consistent basis, Jazz are going to be good.

And like Thee Jazz Fan said, Kanter has really started to play well. He had a strong road trip and continued that tonight. In a game where Hayward and Favors were not carrying the team, Kanter, Burks, and Burke stepped up (Exum too). What an amazing game. I'm just glad I didn't throw my shoe through the TV when the Jazz went down by 17.

Cool stuff.....that was DWill, circa 2008

This is a game we definitely should have won. I look forward to the Golden State game. I watched the Warriors crush the Clippers earlier this season and was impressed. David Lee won't be playing but it'll be a tough, tough game.
Warriors MIGHT be the best team in the league right now. That will definitely be a tough one

Second Burke after the first quarter looked great. He found a **** load of easy open looks for Favors and Kanter, and that crossover near the paint was sick, just sick. He was aggressive and drove the lane and was just a playmaker he was one of the keys to us coming out of that 17 point deficit. He was a real leader out there tonight.
Good post

I thought treys leadership and his ability to make plays for his teammates was outstanding. I'm way more happy with him when he is setting up teammates (especially our bigs ) than when he scores.
He just needs to shoot less and only take open shots...... set up teammates like he did tonight

less jumpers? yes. only when he is open. but he needs to take it to the rim. i wanna see his FGA to be around 15. we need trey to be aggressive. so stat sheet might say trey shot the most, but as long as it was around the rim, i'm 100% fine with it. just don't settle for contested long bombs.

I dont want him leading the team in shots. But im fine with you wanting him to. this is just something that we will disagree on.

Trey had a lot of good misses going to the rim. Ones that had the defense rotate to attempt to block his shot and resulted in easy putbacks for our team.
