Millsap defending Dirk? that seems like a bad defensive matchup

I never understood why the Jazz never put Kirilenko on Dirk.
I wonder now, maybe try Evans on him.. could Evans block his jump shot?
 
Dirk would destroy Evans, there really isn't anyone on our roster that is a good matchup against dirk. I think Millsap would be the best to guard him early on, maybe Hayward, but there really isn't anyone I'm confident in.

Hayward is playing great D tonite. 0-1 shooting, no surprise there.
 
I wish either Howard or Hayward were playing with this group. CJ isn't helping the team at all.

I don't see Dirk playing inside, I just see him bombing away from the outside... maybe you are right, but I am not so sure Evans would do so terrible, if he could remember not to bite on the pump fakes/
 
Burks with three turnovers tonight already. I like, maybe love, the kid but his semi-reckless/selfish play is a slight concern. At least he has balls though. Our two rookies have the biggest pairs on the team.
