Gamethread: The jeffersons A Utah today last tiem we get to see him for the year/season

Yeah, but you have to have good depth too, and starting those 2 lets you put a better second team out there. If the Jazz started Kanter and Burks, and didn't have Jefferson and Williams, how atrocious would the second team be.

Maybe it´s good to have Veteren leadership to develop as a team ? It´s not that Jefferson and Marvin are playing like Millsap and AL and taking most of the positions in the game, they are the 6th and 5th Option on this team and their are doing their job solidely. It´s much better then having players like Watson or Jamaal on the team, who are getting significant minutes and are just producing like 2 ppg with 18 percent from the floor.

Burks is getting already good minutes the last 10-15 games, he could get more, but you can not complain that much about.I think that Kanter was not that bad tonight, he missed Burke wide open once, but he was passing well out of the post besides of that and he started rebounding and fighting like he did before again. His shot was not going in, but I think that when Kanter is trying that hard, then you have to play him more then ****ing 13 minutes.

It was a good DLeague game...that gap between nba games and euroleague games it shocking right now.

DRAFT-SYSTEM is killing the NBA, some Teams always trying to get a good draft pick to build around and are not really building teams trying to win. So the regular Season is losing lots of Quality, because of this teams. I like UTAH because they are virtuous and outmoded and are not going to lose for better picks like some other whores, so they give this league and Fans more quality and fight.

It´s just bad luck that Utah never won a Championchip. Maybe not just that, but it has nothing to do with drafting higher Picks.

Love watching Favors mature - in-between turnovers he's turning into a clutch player on both ends of the court.

just wish trey and favors pick & roll takes off. favors fumbled an easy pass to day. if he caught that he may had a chance to throw it down

jazzfans are dump if they believe that JAZZ is winning because of Marvin and Jefferson both are scoring 10 points a game with combined like 45 % from the field. You are not winning NBA games with that. When I see people complaining about Marvin and Jefferson, that they are winning games then I start thinking that many guys here are ****ing Retarded. It´s not like their are like scoring combined 40 points per game, they are just playing their role solidly as 5th and 6th Option on this team.

This team is winning, because their is deep talent and every Player started playing much better as a team and producing better than at the start of the season.
Jefferson played the first 16 games of this season like **** and their was no Marvin or Burke on this team. Winning is not that bad as many people thinking, some guys should STFO.

It´s not Marvin and Jefferson winning these games, it´s much more of Burks, Hayward, Favors, Burke and even Kanter is producing not that bad.
It's not the points per game, it's the minutes per game. Jefferson played 40 and Marvin played 34 minutes tonight. They led the team in minutes played. Hayward played 28, Burks played 27, Kanter played 13, Evans played 13, Garret played 12 and Gobert was a DNP. If you take those 74 minutes from Marvin/Jefferson and distribute them to those 6 players mentioned, I wouldn't complain about the results at all.

I happen to think it is more valuable to use those minutes to give young players experience than to lean on veterans to lead this team to pointless wins over bad teams. Their box score is irrelevant compared to minutes distribution.

Yep - the P&R at the top of the key needs work. But Burke's P&R passes are Stocktonesque compared to Hayward's.
