After reading the headline, I thought the coach was a dbag. After watching the video, I think the people who are gonna press charges are garbage. This guy is not a felon, he probably could have moved, but looked like he was just protecting himself from the collision. Didn't look like he stepped on the field to me.
 
Hard to see/tell, but it looks like the coach was standing there and the kid ran into him.

Like I said, really tough to see in the vid.
 
You think if it was a 225 pound high school or college kid he would have gotten out of the way? Or does he just lay out 13 year old boys?

The guy is an enormous d-bag. Whether or not he should be charged with a felony is another story
 
In other News, Devon Dolan is a hottie.

So the kind of hit you'd expect a running back to take a few times a game gave him a concussion and is a felony? I assume this kid doesn't get checked out if another kid hit him equally hard and no one would ever claim he had a concussion except that he's going to need something to base his civil case on.

Looked like the coach may have been right on the line. Can't tell from the video if he was over it or behind it, but I think it's fair to say that he was basically on it. He also extended his arms away from his body after the contact, which I think was unacceptable. I'd say he should be removed as a coach, but shouldn't face felony charges. Felony charges are a big deal. Even if he intentionally pushed this kid I don't see a felony taking place.

I'm surprised a brawl didn't break out or something. I've seen parents rumble over less growing up playing Little League/Pee Wee football/Jr. Jazz etc. But yeah, I think Gameface nailed it.

First time I've heard the name. I kind of have a crush on that Nineveh Dinha lady on Fox 13, but I think Devon might be a little better looking. I can't even tell how old she is though. She might be 25, she might be 40.

So what goes into a concussion diagnosis, anyway? Do you go to the doctor and say, "I got hit in the head moderately hard and it hurts now." The doctor pushes on your bruise, you say "Ow, that hurts." and the doctor proclaims that you have a concussion?

They do vision and balance tests, among other things.
