Sweet. Its about time. The players and coaches were having way too much influence on the outcomes of the games. This puts more of the games in the hands of the refs who are really just extensions of the league office at ABC/ESPN. This will enhance the fan experience and competition.
Way to go Stern, less than a year after a former ref claims refs & the league fix games, you make it way easier for the ref & league can fix games.
