I expect the Jazz to move 2nd-round picks and Trey Burke at a minimum. Seems like Indiana should be giving up something else in order to get Teague for Hill.

That's not necessarily true. Hill will be better than most guys drafted #3-#20. However, there will be a couple really good players in that range who develop into more than just a solid NBA starter. The question is, would we have been able to draft one of those very few players at #12 or would we have ended up with a player worse than Hill?

Simply moving up in the 2nd round would be fantastic. Could nab a higher potential 2nd rounder like McCaw, Maker, or LeVert.
